Damaged Products
- If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon delivery, you are eligible for a return or refund.
- To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, providing order details and photos of the damage.
- Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Products
- Products that have been used, opened, or partially consumed are not eligible for return or refund.
- We only accept returns for items that are unused and in their original packaging (except in cases of damage during delivery).
