Cancellation & Return/Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

  1. Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  2. To cancel, please contact our customer support team with your order details.
  3. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Damaged Products

  1. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon delivery, you are eligible for a return or refund.
  2. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product, along with order details and photos of the damage.
  3. After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Products

  1. Products that have been used, opened, or partially consumed are not eligible for return or refund.
  2. Returns are only accepted for items that are unused and in their original packaging, except in cases of damage during delivery.

Refund Process
